I received a personal e-mail from Nick from NC Tackle the next day and a follow-up note with the UPS tracking number. The personal note was a nice touch. I was able to track the units movement. Except for a one day storm layover, shipment was quick (2 business days)and in good condition. (You better believe I examined the box and unit very carefully . . . all was in good shape.)
